Our Providers
Welcome to OceanVista Counseling Associates. Our providers are ready to collaborate with you to process whatever is causing your distress. In sessions, you may explore your current or past stressors, emotional responses, and trauma. We will work with you to meet your goals and reduce your symptoms. We can offer sessions both in-person and via telehealth. Our goal is to help you to reduce your symptoms, build your coping skills and move towards a healthier level of functioning.
Anxiety, Depression or Trauma- We Can Help
We have multiple providers specialized in treating trauma. Whether you would like EMDR, CPT, or other specialized treatment for trauma we have providers qualified to meet your needs. Our therapists are also qualified to treat anxiety and depression. We will meet you where you are and work together to process whatever you are ready to process. Our providers are serious about their roles as mental health professionals. We strive to provide an environment that includes safety and nonjudgment so that our clients can speak freely about whatever they present for. Our providers also therapeutically challenge clients as appropriate in order to facilitate self-knowledge and deeper understanding for our clients. We try to provide comfortable office space as well as a personable approach to therapy.
