During the course of a teens life, they will go through many phases. Some will act out emotionally or behaviorally, while others may seem fine. Some of those same individuals will turn to substances, while others may use different, less noticeable actions to cope with what they are going through. Each individual is different and the key is to pick up on changes in their behavior (decline in grades, isolation, mood swings, etc), as this may be a cry for help. Family Program
