This 8 week process group is for individuals who are looking to discover and get help with how to live a more robust lifestyle. In this nonjudgmental space individuals will explore their substance use with others. They also will be empowered to create a "new normal" that enhances their well-being, by incorporating new and healthier life choices.

Trauma Exploration and Imagination Reclamation
A group for Cis and Trans Women of Color ages 25-40 This 8-week group will focus on the basics of trauma and its impact on people's spirits, minds and bodies in the moment and over time. It will also help to break down the stigma surrounding traumatic experiences and responses. In addition to discussing healthy coping strategies and self-care, the group will explore their individual pathways to imaginative power and provide safe space for creative healing possibilities.

Seeing Red: When Anger Controls Us
Do you find yourself getting so angry that you feel out of control? Have other people in your life commented about the impact of your anger on them? This 12-session, structured group explores what anger is, how it impacts us, and its effects on our relationships. Using various exercises, we will learn ways to manage our anger and not let it manage us, so we can live healthier lives knowing we have more ways to respond in the heat of the moment instead of reacting.
