Affordable fee psychotherapy and psychoanalysis offered in various location throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Treatment is held in the private offices of the psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other mental health professionals who are in advanced training at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Education (IPE), affiliated with NYU School of Medicine. The $50 Application fee entitles you to up to three in-person consultations with a therapist who will then make a treatment recommendation and either facilitate a referral to an experienced training candidate or recommend that you continue in treatment with the consulting therapist. Fees are based on income, insurance and other resources. Minimum fee for psychotherapy is $75/session, no minimum fee for intensive psychoanalysis. Limited in-network insurance accepted. Kids Learning Loft is a behavior intervention practice that uses the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address a multitude of behaviors and improve overall social and emotional development. We service children of all ages and skill levels. We pride ourselves in using research-based treatments and staying current with innovative strategies to motivate our learners. ABA is the MOST effective evidence-based technique to treat individuals with autism, bringing about meaningful and positive behavior change across a variety of skills ranging from social to academic. Our programs are designed and curtailed to meet the individual needs of each learner. We believe in a collaborative approach and work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and positive behavior change across settings. Our team consists of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), BCBA candidates working towards certification (both Masters and Phd level), and special educators. Each learner is assigned a BCBA to design an individualized curriculum and oversee and supervise all team members.
