Experiential Therapy Group

Experiential groups are therapeutic groups that use hands-on, interactive activities to help individuals with addiction and mental health related issues to process emotions, develop coping skills, and build relationships with others in recovery. Unlike traditional talk therapy, experiential groups can take many forms, such as art therapy, music therapy, dance therapy, or adventure therapy.
