STAR Guides is an outdoor therapeutic program designed for youth and young adults who are struggling with problematic sexual behavior. STAR Guides provides families with navigation through these challenges. Regardless of past behaviors, we believe that all youth can learn to achieve healthy sexuality. Research suggests that for many, sexual problematic behavior first begins during the adolescent years. STAR Guides helps youth to deal with these problems while they are still young. Many youth in today's modern world find themselves lost and in need of direction as they attempt to navigate the thick darkness that accompanies sexual behavior problems. Just as the ancient peoples of the world, they are in need of STAR Guides. Based in beautiful St. George, Utah the program provides teens and young adults with a high impact, life-changing therapeutic wilderness experience in the heart of the majestic red rock of the high desert of Southern Utah. STAR Guides is the ideal intervention for individuals needing to learn to manage problematic sexual behaviors that they have been unable to manage previously.

The partial hospitalization program (PHP) at Life Healing Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is designed for adults who are struggling with a mood disorder, mental health concern, or trauma. Clients may enter this program directly or after stepping down from a higher level of care, such as our residential treatment program. Though we treat a variety of behavioral health concerns, some of the most common conditions we offer care for are posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, anxiety disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Average length of stay for clients in this flexible program is seven to 14 days, though that can vary depending on individual progress. Clients participate in programming eight hours a day, seven days a week, and they have the option to return home when therapy isn’t in session. With the freedom to engage in a healthy and productive lifestyle outside of treatment, PHP participants have the valuable chance to process their experiences and receive focused feedback while making the necessary changes to return to a happy, satisfying life.

Life Healing Center provides residential treatment for adults who are living with mood disorders, mental health concerns, and the effects of trauma & PTSD. At our live-in treatment center in Santa Fe, New Mexico, clients receive round-the-clock care and medical monitoring so that they can focus solely on their health in an environment that is conducive to healing. Most adults participate in programming for an average of 21-30 days, though the actual length of time will depend on individual progress and treatment goals. Each client attends eight hours of programming per day, and these sessions may include a mix of individual, group, and experiential therapies. We also provide medical care, medication management services, and detoxification services to those in need. At the conclusion of treatment, each client receives a detailed discharge plan that reflects their progress. This may include resources for aftercare planning or suggestions for step-down services that can help promote sustained recovery in the years to come.

Havenwood Academy, a long-term residential treatment center in Southern Utah, specializes in treating young women who are struggling with complex trauma and attachment related issues. We work with (assigned female at birth) children from age 12 to 18 and often work with adoptive families.
