Mission Statement
Between childhood and adulthood there is the winding steep passage named Adolescence. It is full of bumps, sharp turns and rough patches when you are asked all the hard questions, ones you don’t have answers for and it can make you anxious, often depressed and even angry and irritable. Take a breath. Feel your feet on the ground and get some balance. You are not broken or crazy. Adolescence is a path that is supposed to challenge us. It is part of the human experience. It is designed to provide us with a time to consider who we are and the type of life we want to have. There are no shortcuts from childhood to adulthood, no softer nor easier path. We all go through this challenging passage. While we felt alone at times on this path, we are all connected through this shared experience and are here to support your growing into your possible. We believe in the symmetry that young people keep old people seeing the possible, and old people keep young people alive to make it happen. Treatment Program Innovation
This treatment program’s innovation is founded on 4 major components. 1. Application and Assessment– Homogeneity: The composition and capacity of the respective programs are foundational forces in the effectiveness of treatment. 2. Community Sanctuary: the teens will be invited to join a safe space of structured supervised time where they can come right after school and engage in individual yoga or meditation, grab a healthy snack, get some help with homework or seek out some support to explore options after high school, or just relax prior to group work. 3. Mind/Body Skills Training: The goal is to help the adolescent develop a toolbox of approaches and skills to support them throughout their recovery and their entire lives. 4. Family Centered: The parents and the family are a core feature of the program. Call or Email Integrated Adolescence Program IOP now for a free 15 minute consultation - (848) 253-3861

The Integrated Adolescence Program IOP Program
The Integrated Adolescence Program is a new offering that innovates the mental health treatment of teenagers (14-18) and their families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or who are recovering from trauma. The program provides two levels of care depending on the need of the adolescent and their family; Intensive Out- Patient (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP). IOP will offer 3 days per week for at least 3 hours per day of support for up to 12 weeks, while the PHP will offer 5 days for 5 hours a day of wellness recovery involvement for up to 16 weeks.
