Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Services
At New Harbor, we only treat young people, we always treat the family system, and we are local. We offer full psychiatric day treatment and intensive outpatient programs for adolescents (13-18) experiencing issues with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We conduct evidence-based therapy groups grounded in DBT/CBT skills, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. Clients are assigned a primary therapist with whom they meet weekly. We provide a parent support group every Monday for parents of our clients and extensive parent therapeutic coaching.
