New Focus Academy and Life Focus Transitions (LiFT) empower neurodiverse individuals to build confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills. Co-developed by a neuropsychologist and a master’s-level clinician, our communities provide an inclusive, clinically-advanced environment where students on the autism spectrum and those with related challenges benefit from fine-tuned academics, clinical support, and structured, therapeutic coaching. With a focus on social-emotional fluency and autonomy-building living opportunities, students leave with curated therapeutic skills for success in community life, education, and career. New Focus Academy is a residential school for teens ages 12–18 with autism and similar challenges. In an inclusive home-style community, students develop life skills while receiving licensed therapy, individual academic support, and coaching. A structured, relationship-based approach helps students build independence, confidence, and readiness for adulthood. Life Focus Transitions: Building Independence
Life Focus Transitions supports neurodiverse young adults ages 17.5–26 as they practice independent living in apartment-style housing with tailored support from staff. With pathways toward a high-school diploma, vocational training, or college readiness, residents gain life skills, job experience, and therapeutic support in a positive, inclusive community.
