Since 2013, New Directions Wellness Center has provided values-driven outpatient counseling in the Nashville area. We support clients beyond their immediate concerns, addressing all aspects of well-being. Serving ages 5 and up, we offer compassionate care for mood disorders, anxiety, stress, identity, relationships, and behavioral challenges.
