Customized Treatment Planning
While group therapy, evidence based curriculums and experiential activities are important parts of our treatment program, the exceptional counselors and master's level clinicians are the components that make the most difference in our clients' recovery. Our counselors are experts in addiction and co-occurring disorders, and because many of them are in recovery themselves they understand what you are going through and how to help you start over and live sober again. We also have the highest clinical staff to client ratio of 1:4 on average, compared to 1:12 or worse for most other recovery programs. This allows our clinical staff to spend up to 3X more individual counseling time with each client, so that they can truly customize each person's treatment plan, goals, objectives, and discharge plan. Psychiatric Evaluations & Follow-ups
All of our residents will receive an evaluation within 24 hours of admission, by either our Psychiatrist or by our Physician who is Board Certified in Addiction medicine. Currently prescribed medications will be evaluated, and additional medications that are not habit forming may be prescribed if necessary to help with withdrawal reduction during the Detox phase. Follow up visits are also provided to ensure that the medications are working properly without any side effects, and also to give residents an opportunity to discuss any medical questions or concerns that they might have. Most co-occurring mental health or physical conditions can be managed at our Detox and residential facilities. Our Registered Nurses and LVN nurses are also on site full-time, and available 24/7 for emergency consultation. Experiential Holistic Therapies
Besides the individual counseling and customized treatment planning, we also provide therapuetic activities for the residents, such as daily Health Club, Equine Therapy, Certified Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Acupuncture Group, Art Therapy, Spirituality and Life Coaching, because we know that all of these holistic experiences will help you discover healthier ways to live your life clean sober and free once you graduate. These activities also provide balance to the program by providing frequent breaks from the therapy groups and individual counseling sessions, so that you can relax and nourish your mind, body and spirit at regular intervals throughout your stay. Speaking of nourishment, our Five star chef and sous chef have a varied menu, and virtually all meals are prepared for the residents (including breakfast) and plated individually restaurant style.
