Affordable Therapy for over 50 years
We offer confidential and affordable therapy services to individuals, couples and families in the greater Santa Barbara area. Therapists are here to support clients explore life transitions, relationship issues and a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, abuse, compulsive behaviors, substance use, job loss and stress, aging, isolation and anger management. Many clients experience a 15% reduction in overall distress after only eight sessions. We are able to meet with you on a personal, confidential basis and offer a sliding-fee scale, ranging from $16 - $96/session. Our commitment is to meet the community's needs
Our clinic offers confidential therapy with masters and doctoral-level interns gaining hours for clinical licensure, supervised by licensed clinicians. We will match your needs with the education and experience of our clinicians to find the best person to assist you. We offer groups for Parenting, Anxiety, Veterans, and court-approved Anger Management. We are here for you!
