Anxiety and Stress Management for LGBTQA+
For individuals in the LGBTQA+ community, anxiety and stress are often associated with rejection, bullying, shame, guilt, stigma, feeling unsafe being yourself, and outright discrimination. NBI is offering a virtual anxiety and stress management group for individuals who identify as LGBTQA+. Topics will include Stress management, Increasing anxiety tolerance, Social enrichment, Challenging negative self-talk, and Improving self-concept.

Virtual Exposure Therapy Group
NBI is offering a new virtual group led by an experienced clinician specialized in OCD and Anxiety-related conditions. Delaying and addressing OCD and Anxiety-related issues during the COVID-19 crisis is not recommended. On the contrary, it may be a great time to increase your exposure therapy. Group will meet once weekly for 60 minutes, over a 12-week period.

Adult Anxiety and OCD Support Group
NBI will be hosting a HIPAA compliant virtual support group where participants may speak about Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). NBI team members will facilitate the group discussion, giving participants a chance to relate to and support one another. Come meet, interact and learn. This group is free and open to all members of the community. Groups will meet the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
