For over two decades, NBI has been a leading psychological assessment, treatment and training center that doctors and consultants can refer their most complex cases to with confidence. Patients and families rely on NBI’s high level of expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Clinical Behavior Analysis (CBA) and Nutritional guidance. Services to support parents and families are integrated with patient care. Our patients suffer from debilitating anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), often in conjunction with one or more other difficult psychological conditions, such as depression or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We specialize in designing personalized, comprehensive care plans with specific time-frames that not only help our patients develop the skills they need to reduce their symptoms but also addresses the bigger picture what steps need to be taken in order for them to move forward in their lives.

Life Change at its Core

NBI specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-supported modalities. We treat OCD and anxiety-related conditions, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, mood disorders, personality disorders and other diagnoses. Intensive treatment, with a residential option called NBI Ranch, is available for complex or severe cases ages 18+. Our expertise in complex and challenging clinical presentations is internationally recognized. NBI offers a range of coordinated services including individual and family therapy, intensive treatment programs, DBT skills, therapeutic and support groups, diagnostic psychological testing, parent training, Clinical Behavioral Analysis (CBA), executive function coaching, equine therapy and nutritional guidance.

For individuals in the LGBTQA+ community, anxiety and stress are often associated with rejection, bullying, shame, guilt, stigma, feeling unsafe being yourself, and outright discrimination. NBI is offering a virtual anxiety and stress management group for individuals who identify as LGBTQA+. Virtual Exposure Therapy Group

NBI is offering a new virtual group led by an experienced clinician specialized in OCD and Anxiety-related conditions. Delaying and addressing OCD and Anxiety-related issues during the COVID-19 crisis is not recommended. On the contrary, it may be a great time to increase your exposure therapy. Group will meet once weekly for 60 minutes, over a 12-week period.

NBI will be hosting a HIPAA compliant virtual support group where participants may speak about Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). NBI team members will facilitate the group discussion, giving participants a chance to relate to and support one another. Come meet, interact and learn. This group is free and open to all members of the community. Groups will meet the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
