Nack Behavioral Health provides individualized, in-person intensive outpatient (IOP) care to college students (18-35 years old) who are experiencing primary mental health disorders. Group, Individual, and Family Programming
We use gold-standard treatment modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Unified Protocol (UP), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), in group and one-on-one sessions.
