Because each young person has different needs, we don’t predetermine a specific length of stay in our adolescent inpatient program. Our team evaluates each youth’s progress on a regular basis to determine how long they should continue participating in programming.

Services include psychoeducation classes on a variety of topics, group counseling, and individual counseling. Lakeland Behavioral Health offers clinically excellent outpatient care for children and adolescents ages 8-17 who are suffering from mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Our intensive outpatient program (IOP), the Evolve IOP, is designed to help youths reintegrate into their homes and schools after completing inpatient treatment. Youths can step down to our IOP from our inpatient program, or they can enter it directly if they are already medically stable. Children and teens who participate in our EVOLVE adolescent IOP can benefit from the collective experience of our multidisciplinary team of mental health and medical professionals. The team at Lakeland includes psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, registered nurses, physician assistants, recreational therapists, and dietitians. Together, we work with each young patient to understand their background and unique needs so that we can design a personalized treatment plan for them.

Synergy Recovery Center is a private residential treatment home for women ages 18 and older that offers a unique long term treatment model to help women overcome addiction from alcohol and substance abuse. Women will experience their healing journey in a trauma informed environment created to foster safety, respect, and dignity.

Synergy Executive is a 10 bed residential dual diagnosis treatment facility offering a private rehabilitation program for men seeking addiction treatment. This private residential program in Ozark, Missouri provides treatment to men ages 18 and older. Residential treatment ranges from 21 - 30 days, offering 50+ hours of structured, therapeutic activities weekly. Step down care includes partial hospitalization, 5 full days of treatment per week, and IOP services, 3 days per week/3 hour per day. Synergy Executive utilizes a trauma informed, gender specific approach to provide men a full range of effective, holistic therapies aiming to end the addiction cycle. Synergy Executive utilizes a host of treatment modalities built upon evidence-based practices that are proven to be effective. We offer individual, group and family therapy, traditional 12 step classes, holistic health therapies, SMART recovery groups, and medication-assisted treatment.
