Structured support for mental health stabilization
Our PHP and IOP programs serve adults whose mental health symptoms are disrupting their relationships, work, safety, or ability to manage daily life. We treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD, OCD, personality disorders, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, grief, and other complex mental health concerns. We offer the following programs to help: Day Treatment (PHP) Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM - 2:45 PM Fridays 8 AM - Noon Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM - Noon
A true mental health focused program
We provide structured group therapy, individual therapy, medication management, and psychiatric support. Treatment may incorporate DBT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, IFS, ART, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. We offer in-person PHP and IOP in Sandy, Utah.
