Who we are and what we stand for
We are a women-owned and operated mental health practice proudly allied with the LGBTQ+ community, dedicated to creating a safe space for every story. Our Team consists of professionally licensed therapists that are trained modalities such as Play and Art Therapy, IFS, Somatic, Trauma Informed Care, Brain Spotting, Gottman, DBT, and CBT. Our practice supports children (ages 6+), teens, adults, couples, and families through the complex journey of growth and healing. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, we’re here to walk alongside you with empathy and intention.
