The Moringa Institute’s expert instructors offer psychologists, master’s level clinicians, and students opportunities to discover and integrate innovative evidence-based practices into their knowledge bases, skill sets, and professional frameworks. We also feature individual and group supervision for those pursuing LCSW, LPC and MT-BC in Pennsylania. The founders of Spectra Support Services LLC created the Moringa institute to share knowledge gained from decades in service to those in need of holistic supports across the lifespan. As a NADD certified organization, we share in NADD’s mission to promote leadership in the expansion of knowledge, training, policy, and advocacy for mental health practices that promote a quality life for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and co-occurring mental health conditions (IDD/MI) in their communities.
Experienced Instructors
The instructors at Moringa average over 20 years in the field of developmental disabilities, and all have a particular specialty in Autism Spectrum Disorders. Many have children with disabilities themselves and integrate this unique perspective into their program offerings.

Maleita Olson, LCSW brings 12 years of clinical supervision experience to guiding those seeking master's level supervision to gain knowledge, skills and confidence as emerging professionals. As such, therapists gain a deeper understanding of how to adapt to individuals’ specialized needs and advance their person-centered approach. Grounded a strength-based approach, our supervision groups support therapists’ abilities to practice what they preach so they can nurture their resilience and enhance their self-awareness as they emerge as independent licensed professionals.
