We offer comprehensive care that can address the mental and physical aspects of anxiety together. People who are experiencing acute symptoms of anxiety can receive treatment in our inpatient program. Our inpatient team can provide consistent monitoring, medication management services and medical care, depending on each person’s needs. In our residential program, residents can engage in person-centered care that commonly includes CBT, family counseling, physical fitness, recreational therapy and motivational interviewing. Our residential program often incorporates weekly equine psychotherapy, adventure therapy and psychodrama. Those who participate in our residential and outpatient programs can work with empathetic licensed therapists in group therapy sessions that can cover a variety of topics, such as coping skills, DBT skills and medication education. Comprehensive Programming
Sierra Tucson is a renowned behavioral health inpatient, residential and outpatient treatment center that offers a clinically excellent anxiety treatment program. We know that healing from anxiety is a process, so we offer a full continuum of care so that we can meet our residents and clients wherever they are on their healing journeys. For people who are experiencing disruptive symptoms of anxiety, our inpatient unit can help them stabilize and prepare them to enter a less intensive level of care. Residential care is a structured form of treatment that allows adults to focus entirely on their mental health and wellness away from the distractions and triggers of daily life. For those who are stepping down from our residential program or are looking for flexible yet consistent care, our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) are excellent outpatient options for anxiety treatment. Clients in our PHP typically participate in programming four days per week, seven hours per day. In our PHP and IOP, clients can participate in individual, group and family counseling sessions and return home at the end of programming.
