Outpatient substance abuse treatment
If you are struggling with substance abuse issues and are ready to make meaningful long lasting changes, MRC provides a continuum of care in your recovery journey. We will help you actualize your true recovery potential and work towards long term recovery.
MRC offers a practical approach to addiction and recovery that yields immediate observable results. We utilize multiple evidence-based treatment approaches blending cognitive and behavioral strategies with mindful awareness in a trauma-informed environment. Our program draws upon time-proven methods, such as the 12-step process, and incorporates innovate breakthroughs in brain science and addiction medicine. We specialize in working with those who experience substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues and offer a continuum of care including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and general outpatient programs. Our model of treatment includes individual, group and family therapy and we strive to help individuals identify emotional distress while working to develop and implement healthy coping skills.
There is no "one size fits all" treatment - We believe everyone works towards and achieves recovery differently. We get to know clients and collaboratively develop individualized treatment using trauma-informed and person-centered approaches, and introduce other modalities to meet the needs of the client. Before any other work can occur in counseling, an atmosphere of respect and safety must be developed within the relationship. Intensive outpatient is for individuals requiring a less intensive program then partial hospitalization and for those who have completed partial hospitalization and are stepping down to a less intensive level of care. We offer a daytime IOP which provides support as you develop a healthy work/life/recovery balance. Group focus will be on healthy coping skills, relapse prevention, building a supportive social environment and addressing issues related to any relapses that may occur during the process.
