Women's Trauma-Focused Holistic Treatment Center
At Monima, we serve women and female-identifying individuals navigating mental health challenges, trauma, or substance use. Many of our clients have experienced past treatment that didn't fully address the root of what they were going through. Our trauma-focused approach combines evidence-based modalities like Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Processing Therapy with holistic practices including acupuncture and nervous system regulation. Every client receives neuropsychological testing to ensure accurate diagnosis and a truly individualized care plan—not a one-size-fits-all approach. Trauma-Focused PHP & IOP Programs for Women
Monima offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs designed for women healing from trauma, mental health challenges, and substance use. Each client receives 2–3 individual therapy sessions per week, on-site psychiatric care, holistic healing arts, and somatic-based therapies—all within a supportive community of women.
