Share the joys and challenges faced by partners of transgender, non-binary, and gender expansive individuals, including celebrations, intimacy, fear, grief and less, myths, exploration, curiousity, family impact, redefining identities and more. Fat Group: Community and Tools to Heal
This group is a space for fat folks truggling with body image to take up space and process what iti is like to live in a fat body. Facilitated y Sofia Siraj-Wu, LPC, a fat femme, queer, multiracial Licensed Professional Counselor, who is creating the group she wished she had. Dungeons and Dragons Therapy Groups
We have multiple Dungeons and Dragons Therapy Groups for teens, men, and adults of all genders. Each group consists of 4-6 individuals, each of whom is working towards their own therapeutic goals both in and out of group. The group will utilize the classic riole playing game as a medium for social interaction, problem solving, roleplay, and self reflection using classic drama and narrative therapy techiques.
