Our intensive outpatient program (IOP), the Evolve IOP, is designed to help youths reintegrate into their homes and schools after completing inpatient treatment. Youths can step down to our IOP from our inpatient program, or they can enter it directly if they are already medically stable. Children and teens who participate in our EVOLVE adolescent IOP can benefit from the collective experience of our multidisciplinary team of mental health and medical professionals. The team at Lakeland includes psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, registered nurses, physician assistants, recreational therapists, and dietitians. Together, we work with each young patient to understand their background and unique needs so that we can design a personalized treatment plan for them.
