Our model of care is based on the simple idea that the whole person needs to be nurtured in order to foster healing. We believe that the traditional system often lacks true integration between physical, mental, and spiritual health — and does not take into account the importance of how we care for ourselves and our relationships. This disconnect can make it harder to move toward wellness in mind and body since traditional approaches may come at the “problem” from a narrow perspective. This can lead to missing many other powerful and relevant factors that could be contributing to suffering with illness — whether in body or mind. We believe that when you have a care team of dedicated professionals working with you and each other, this creates a true partnership to guide you toward greater health and well-being. Elite Recovery offers Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) treatment to adult men/male and adult women/female identifying and adult LGBTQIA+ struggling with substance use and mental health issues. Elite Recovery, LLC is offering individual and group treatment services 100% in person. Virtual access will be considered on a case by case basis. Morning program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 am-12:35 pm Men's Evening program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5-7:35 pm Women's Evening program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 - 8:15 Women's Afternoon Program is Monday - Friday 1:30 - 5:05 LGBTQIA+ Program is Monday - Friday 9am-12:35pm Elite Advantage PHP IOP with Lodging 30 Hour Program for Men, 36 beds . Elite Recovery Engage offers a Co-Ed Virtual IOP for those 25 miles outside the Twin Cities Metro. Elite Recovery also offers: Access to appointments with contracted providers for MAT, psychotropic medication, individual and/or couples/family therapy, and physical health medications Chemical Health Assessments by appointment, Via Telehealth, mobile assessor and in person, call 612-719-4137 to schedule.

In our addiction treatment programs, adults who have been struggling with substance use disorders can receive focused care from compassionate counselors and benefit from a range of effective therapies. We offer a residential program for clients who are seeking intensive substance use treatment services in a dedicated recovery environment. We also provide an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults who need regular, structured addiction treatment but do not require residential care. Each person who receives care in one of our addiction treatment programs has the chance to benefit from individualized support delivered by a committed team of professionals. At the residential level, treatment involves a minimum of 30 hours of programming per week, including a mix of individual and group counseling sessions. Additionally, we offer family therapy at the residential level on an as-needed basis. In our IOP, we provide group sessions three nights a week and offer individual and family therapies.

We also offer Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) for youth and adults, featuring group therapy and medication management. Additionally, our clinic provides weekly psychotherapy and specialized programs like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and maternal mental health support.
