All major insurance plans are now covering sessions delivered by our therapists via telehealth to clients located anywhere in the United States. Don't have a speedy internet connection and a webcam? Almost all major insurance companies have now agreed to cover sessions delivered by our therapists via a regular telephone in the same way that they would cover an in-person session for the duration of the pandemic. Vinland National Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to enabling individuals with multiple disabilities to live productive and fulfilling lives through a whole person approach that addresses the mind, body and spirit. Our programs include behavioral health services with a focus on substance abuse and supportive housing for people with cognitive disabilities, and we meet the complex needs of individuals with disabilities seeking treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. Our program is designed for : * Those who can benefit from a slower-paced, more individually -focused program. * People living with disabilities such as brain injury, developmental disability and/or physical disabilities. * Individuals dealing with simultaneous mental illnesses. * Those who have had difficulty succeeding in traditional chemical dependency treatment programs or those who have relapsed and need a new approach. We treat co-occurring disorders and offer fully integrated mental health services with licensed mental health professionals, in-house psychologists and psychiatrists. Situated 20 miles west of Minneapolis, Vinland's main campus encompasses 178 acres of restored prairie land, woods and shoreline in a rural setting conveniently located. Treatment at Vinland is intended for adults with disabilities who are chemically dependent. We offer assistance in arranging transportation to and from appointments.
