COVID-19 Update: Now that the governor of Minnesota has issued a 'stay at home' order, you might be wondering: is Catalyst Mental Health still open and providing services? YES! You can actually connect with our therapists in more ways than ever before. Mental health is considered an 'essential service' by the new executive order, which means that you can still meet in-person with our therapists at either of our clinic locations if there are no alternatives available. However, we have a variety of alternatives you can choose from as well. Have a speedy internet connection and a webcam? Then connect with one of our therapists via telehealth. All major insurance plans are now covering sessions delivered by our therapists via telehealth to clients located anywhere in the United States. Don't have a speedy internet connection and a webcam? Then connect with one of our therapists via regular telephone instead. Almost all major insurance companies have now agreed to cover sessions delivered by our therapists via a regular telephone in the same way that they would cover an in-person session for the duration of the pandemic. So, don't let the pandemic become a barrier to care.
