Burkwood Treatment Center, located in Hudson, Wisconsin, is a premier provider of addiction treatment for adults age 18 and older. In our addiction treatment programs, adults who have been struggling with substance use disorders can receive focused care from compassionate counselors and benefit from a range of effective therapies. We offer a residential program for clients who are seeking intensive substance use treatment services in a dedicated recovery environment. We also provide an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults who need regular, structured addiction treatment but do not require residential care. Each person who receives care in one of our addiction treatment programs has the chance to benefit from individualized support delivered by a committed team of professionals. At the residential level, treatment involves a minimum of 30 hours of programming per week, including a mix of individual and group counseling sessions. Additionally, we offer family therapy at the residential level on an as-needed basis. In our IOP, we provide group sessions three nights a week and offer individual and family therapies.

PrairieCare provides each individual patient the psychiatric care truly needed with specialized psychiatric services for all ages. Our comprehensive care includes Inpatient Hospitalization focused on safety and stabilization, to address acute health and safety concerns; Residential Services for youth ages 10 to 18, with an average length of stay between two and four months; Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive crisis stabilization, specialized psychiatric assessment, and intensive therapeutic services; Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offering programming four or five days per week, with psychoeducation and group sessions; and Clinic/Outpatient Clinic Services providing specialized psychotherapy, psychiatry, medication management, and evaluation. We also have Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy services at our Edina and Woodbury locations near Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Rogers Behavioral Health's St. Paul area clinic offers highly spe­cialized partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care for adults, adolescents, and children struggling with OCD and anxiety and depression and other mood disorders. Additionally, in Primary Behavioral Health, adults learn to understand their current coping strategies and how these strategies impact their mental health. While building foundational life skills, individuals gain the tools they need to succeed on their mental health journey and live a more fulfilling life. Skill development is guided by evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy strategies that are commonly shared across behavioral activation, exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Located in the heart of the Embarcadero district, Foundations San Francisco offers a comprehensive intensive outpatient program and Partial Hospitalization for addiction and mental health conditions in a convenient urban setting. We provide highly individualized, confidential treatment to help you in your recovery. Our masters-level therapists offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies alongside mindfulness and holistic practices with a flexible schedule. In addition, we offer 12-Step-optional programs where clinical decisions are driven by your unique needs. Participants attend the program for approximately 25 days or around 5 to 8 weeks. Participants attend the program a minimum of 3 days a week up to 5 days a week depending on the level of support needed. The Day IOP runs Monday through Friday 3 hours a day, 12PM –3PM and the Evening IOP runs Monday through Thursday 5PM – 8PM. OP is now available including 1 group and 1 individualize session per week.
