The intensive outpatient program (IOP) at Burkwood Treatment Center is a leading addiction treatment service in Hudson, Wisconsin, offering comprehensive support for clients. Our intensive outpatient program serves adults age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders. We offer a variety of effective treatment modalities to promote the success of each person in our IOP, including weekly individual and family therapies and intensive group therapy multiple times a week. Those who participate in our IOP usually remain in treatment for about 12 weeks depending on their needs. During this time, they take part in programming three evenings a week for about three hours each day. IOP services can be ideal for people who need more support than what is available in traditional outpatient therapy but do not need round-the-clock care. An IOP may also be valuable in helping people transition back to daily life after participating in an inpatient or residential program. In Burkwood’s IOP, adults work with a team of qualified and caring counselors to achieve their recovery goals.

Since 2002, MHS has provided intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy services for individuals with significant difficulties in daily functioning. Located in the heart of the Embarcadero district, Foundations San Francisco offers a comprehensive intensive outpatient program and Partial Hospitalization for addiction and mental health conditions in a convenient urban setting. We provide highly individualized, confidential treatment to help you in your recovery. Our masters-level therapists offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies alongside mindfulness and holistic practices with a flexible schedule. In addition, we offer 12-Step-optional programs where clinical decisions are driven by your unique needs. Participants attend the program for approximately 25 days or around 5 to 8 weeks. Participants attend the program a minimum of 3 days a week up to 5 days a week depending on the level of support needed. The Day IOP runs Monday through Friday 3 hours a day, 12PM –3PM and the Evening IOP runs Monday through Thursday 5PM – 8PM. OP is now available including 1 group and 1 individualize session per week.
