Mission Harbor Behavioral Health is a dual diagnosis recovery program for alcohol and substance abuse located in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA. Our boutique style of treatment gives Mission Harbor clients a unique treatment opportunity. Designed by experienced and passionate professionals, our intention is to meet the individual needs of those wanting to transform their lives and pursue a journey of personal healing. Adult Program
All individuals suffering from abuse and addiction are unique, and therefore require different paths to recovery. We provide PHP, IOP, or OP levels of treatment. Furthermore, we incorporate groups such as 12-step programs, SMART, and Refuge as part of the recovery process. Our program includes individual and group therapy, relapse prevention, DBT Skills, neurofeedback, integrative psychiatry, EMDR, expressive therapy, communication skills, mindfulness, meditation, yoga and much more. Adolescent Program
Generally specialized for 13 to 17-year-olds dealing with mental health issues, the program combines 4 therapy models, behavioral interventions, whole-family therapy, parent courses, multi-family group, and more. Some of the issues treated during the intensive outpatient program are substance abuse, social anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, cutting, and more.
