Detoxification is a very important first step on the path to healthy, sustainable recovery. Our outpatient detox services offer our clients a cost-effective and less time-consuming alternative to inpatient detox programs. Our outpatient programs easily conform to busy schedules and allow our clients to maintain responsibilities at work, school, or with family. At Miracles in Action, we provide caring, compassionate, and comfortable detoxification services on an outpatient basis that work around our clients’ current schedules. We take every precaution to ensure that our detoxification services adhere to the very highest standards of addiction care. Our clients go through outpatient detoxification knowing that they are safe from the complications and discomforts that arise during the detox process. During our outpatient detox program, we work with our clients to develop a plan that meets their specific needs. Our counselors will also discuss things such as life at home, building a support system, and treatment options to help ensure success through our outpatient detox programs. Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Treatment
At Miracles in Action, our Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (also known as IOP) is a primary treatment program that is often clinically recommended for individuals who suffer from drug or alcohol addiction and co-occurring disorders, and who do not require detox or who have successfully completed a detox program. Our IOP enables individuals suffering from addiction to undergo the therapies required for long-term recovery on a part-time, yet intensive schedule. IOP scheduling is flexible and is tailored to best support a client’s career, school, parenting, and other life demands. We empower clients to truly live their lives in recovery. With flexible daytime or evening scheduling, our IOP takes place at our private and serene addiction treatment facilities located in Burbank and Northridge and meets three to five times per week. With such intensive outpatient programs, clients have the individualized attention of a therapist, as well as the support of others facing substance abuse/mental health issues.
