Locally-Owned/Managed, Dedicated, Responsive Team
We are a locally owned mental health intensive outpatient treatment program (IOP) serving adults with mood disorders (like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder) and PTSD. Sara Weelborg, DNP, ARNP, is our clinical director. An ARNP since 2005, Sara has had a thriving private practice in the Tacoma area for over ten years. She is joined now by a team of dedicated clinicians and community experts. We aim to help address a gap in the continuum of mental health care in the Tacoma area by providing care for people requiring more contact than traditional outpatient care but who do not need 24/7 inpatient hospital care.
Six-Week Program, Compassionate Clinicians/Staff
Our program runs Mon-Fri AM from 9:00-12:00 for six weeks and includes individual and group therapy, educational classes, peer support, and medication management. Our modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and dialectical behavior skills-building.
