All of the therapists at Mindful Innovations are licensed through the state of Texas in either addiction counseling or professional mental health counseling. We have therapists who specialize in addiction and recovery, trauma and PTSD, and mindfulness based stress reduction. Lifespan Psychiatry - Accepting New Referrals
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in evaluation, assessing , diagnosing and prescribing medications the psychiatric patient. Inpatient experience stabilizing psychotic and suicidal patients with counseling and medication management. Crisis interventions performed while inpatient with interdisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Therapists and Case Managers. Experience with Substance Use Disorders, collaborating with recovery centers for patient to reach maximum assistance and sobriety. Psychiatry Fees- Appts Available less than 4 weeks
