Unlike a typical residential treatment program in which the length of stay is 30-90 days, Sustain Recovery offers Gender Separate Extended Care treatment for clients recently completing a primary treatment program, or clients needing a longer-term solution. Our minimum length of stay is 90 days however many clients can be with Sustain Recovery for 6 months or more, but can vary based on our residents progress and individual needs.

The first IOP we offer is an in-person group for those struggling with mental health diagnoses (Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, PTSD, etc.). This group meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Each IOP meeting is split into two sessions, each one with one of our licensed psychologists
