For over 55 years, Millwood Hospital has been a trusted pillar of psychiatric healing in DFW. Voted “Best Hospital” two years running by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram’s DFW Favorites and Joint Commission accredited, our 134-bed inpatient facility provides compassionate crisis stabilization for children and teens (grades K thru 12th), adults, and geriatrics. We also offer a Teen Detox program and an Adult Detox program.
To support your ongoing recovery, Branches outpatient clinics offer partial hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) in Fort Worth, Midtown, and Arlington.
Child & Teens Services
At Millwood, we stabilize kids facing behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and bipolar disorder, and more. We provide teen detox, virtual intensive outpatient (V-IOP) for teens, and in-person outpatient treatment for grades K through 12th in Fort Worth and Arlington, TX.
Adults & Geriatrics
Adults & geriatrics can access crisis stabilization at our hospital. Our outpatient clinics in Arlington and Fort Worth Midtown medical district offer day treatment options. We can assist with FMLA paperwork and offer specialized care including programs for First Responders and “Second Chances” for those with repeat hospitalizations.
