Milestone Recovery offers therapy to individuals who are experiencing Mental Health Disorders as well as Addiction. As a Spravato certified clinic, our psychiatric team offers Spravato and Ketamine assisted therapy for treatment of PTSD, trauma, and treatment resistant depression. We approach mental health and addiction treatment from a biopsychosocial model, meaning we explore the interconnection between a persons biological, psychological, and socio-environmental factors. Our groups were developed using evidence based practices and focus on developing emotional regulation, establishing healthy problem solving skills, altering negative thinking patterns, reducing interpersonal conflict, improving relationships, reducing negative self-talk and increasing feelings of self-worth. Milestone offers weekly individual therapy with our Clinical Therapist, who specializes in trauma therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). At Milestone we view healing in the larger context of overall wellness and self-empowerment and are dedicated to changing the landscape of Mental Health and Addiction treatment.
