Intensive Outpatient & Partial Hospitalization
Evolve Treatment Centers supports adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, addiction, and/or behavioral issues. Our virtual Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs are geared towards teens whose symptoms and behaviors are disrupting their day-to-day home living. Teens in our Partial Hospitalization Program participate in our full day of structured programming five days a week. Teens in our Intensive Outpatient Program attend three hours of programming three/four days a week. Our programs serve as a smooth transition for teens stepping down from an inpatient or residential treatment program, or as a higher level of treatment for teens requiring more structure than just weekly outpatient therapy. In both telehealth programs, teens receive individual and family sessions, multiple group sessions a day, psychiatric evaluations and educational/academic support (all via HIPAA-compliant video conference). Teens also participate in experiential activities like music therapy, art therapy, meditation, and yoga. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, structured, and accepting environment where adolescents learn the skills necessary for sustainable recovery. Expert Clinicians, Family-Based Treatment
At Evolve, we believe treatment works best when the entire family is involved, and Parents participate in three hours of treatment a week via parent support groups, family therapy sessions, and multifamily group sessions. Our licensed therapists, board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, and onsite counselors are specially trained to treat teens with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, ADHD, dual diagnoses, and high-risk, self-harming and/or suicidal behaviors. Our experienced clinical staff apply evidence-based treatments including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Behavioral Activation, and Motivational Interviewing. For teens struggling with addiction, we utilize Relapse Prevention, DBT for Substance Abuse, 12-Step support programs, and SMART Recovery. Upon admission, our treatment team collaborates with parents, schools, and referring providers to develop an individualized, solution-focused treatment plan that considers their unique history and target behaviors. Evidence shows that for teens who don’t require round-the-clock monitoring or 1:1 supervision, teletherapy is as effective as in-person therapy, and may even have advantages over traditional face-to-face sessions. To ensure Evolve’s virtual Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs are clinically appropriate for your child, we offer expert assessment and referral services.
