Mission
Metropolitan Counseling Associates is an interdisciplinary practice that provides comprehensive evaluation, treatment, educational and community based services for children, adolescents, and adults. Our mission is to offer our clients access to a wide range of outstanding mental health and educational services in a single collaborative environment. What began as a shared philosophy of practice is now a thriving mental health system that has helped thousands of individuals and families heal and create sustainable change. Ascend Intensive Outpatient Treatment
The Ascend Intensive Outpatient Program helps young adults between 18 and 28 years of age: stabilize emotions, create and sustain healthy relationships, and improve their overall level of functioning. Our participants develop the ability to set realistic and fulfilling life goals and the confidence and competence to achieve them. Ascend participants achieve life-changing skills through a combination of dialectical behavioral therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, and medication evaluations and monitoring.
