Who do we treat?
Our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program is designed to assist clients who are currently experiencing significant impairments in functioning in different areas of life such as work, school, relationships, etc. We are structured as a 3 hour, 3 times per week commitment. Individual Therapy will also be offered in our program to meet as much need as possible! How do we do it?
We offer different forms of therapy such as EMDR, ACT, CBT, and DBT. We also are offering a form of therapy called Mentalization-Based Therapy, which focuses on an individual becoming more of who they truly are, building a high sense of self-worth, and becoming more grounded and mindful. Come join us for 3 days a week for group therapy! IOP is a safe place
