STR Behavioral Health – Lehigh Valley is a premier substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorder outpatient program with a new location coming to Lehigh Valley, PA. For both substance use disorder and mental health clients, we will offer separate programs for each population. Our programs will include partial hospitalization treatment, intensive outpatient treatment (day and night programs), and outpatient care, all with the support of a psychiatric provider, licensed clinicians, and experienced professionals. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options as well as psychiatric medication management will be offered at all levels of care. Our programs are trauma-informed, individualized, and accredited by the Human Rights Campaign as a leader in providing LGBTQ+ services. We take a comprehensive and collaborative approach to care in a comfortable and safe environment prioritizing integrity, connection, and authenticity.

The philosophy of MARS-ATP is that addiction is a disease. As a result MARS-ATP will seek to provide client-centered, community based quality treatment services to those suffering from addictions in the least restrictive and most-cost effective level of care. We will adjust our approach to meet the needs present in each community we serve by being part of the community and advocating for the effective, efficient, and effective treatment of each individual who is in need of our services. We offer outpatient treatment for mental health, trauma/PTSD and alcohol & drug problems. Belmont Behavioral Health System offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adolescents ages 13-17 who are struggling with a variety of behavioral health concerns. In our PHP, young people can learn to effectively manage their symptoms so that they can begin to function better in their daily lives. This program can be beneficial for individuals who are stepping down from inpatient treatment and still require intensive services but do not need 24/7 supervision. Patients typically remain in the program for two to three weeks, though the length of treatment can vary depending on the needs of each individual. Those in the PHP take part in treatment five days a week for five to six hours a day. During this time, they receive focused care from a dedicated team of professionals. Our staff works closely with each patient to better understand their needs and how we can best support them on their healing journey. Through our premier outpatient services, adolescents can improve their confidence and resiliency and learn skills that promote long-term well-being.

At Huntington Creek Recovery Center, we offer residential programming for adults age 18 and older who are living with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Treatment in our adult residential program typically lasts 28 days, although each client’s actual length of stay depends on their needs. During this time, clients receive individualized care that can help them overcome addictions and improve their overall quality of life. Programming is delivered by an expert team that is comprised of certified alcohol and drug counselors, behavioral health associates, certified recovery specialists, master’s-level clinicians, and other behavioral health professionals. Located in Orefield, Pennsylvania, Allentown Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults. MAT combines the use of medication and counseling to treat patients who are struggling with opioid use disorder and give them a comprehensive treatment experience. The prescription medications used in MAT have shown to alleviate the uncomfortable physical symptoms of withdrawal, such as nausea and cravings. MAT also involves counseling that allows adults to address things like past trauma, learn how to manage negative emotions, and develop healthy coping skills.
