New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers provides Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment to Adolescents and Adults who are in crisis. Our programs are designed to help individuals and their families overcome the challenges that come from mental health or substance abuse issues. Our team of therapists and psychiatrists can help you develop the tools you need to effectively cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger issues, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health issues. We have facilities that are conveniently located in Katy, The Woodlands, and the Clear Lake area of Houston. Our programs are ideal for individuals who need more than once per week therapy, but who don't require inpatient hospitalization. Heights Treatment offers several levels of care to fit the needs of each individual in their recovery journey. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most intensive level of treatment with programming 5 days per week, approximately 6 hours per day. This outpatient option allows clients to benefit from a high level of clinical care and support with the luxury of living in their own home or sober living environment. Clients who seek a slightly less intensive level of care may choose our Intensive Oupatient Program (IOP), which is offered 3-5 days per week, for 3 hours per day. Just as in PHP, clients receive group therapy each day they attend treatment, with topics that range from DBT skills, healthy relationships, recovery skills, emotional, spiritual, and relational sobriety, and grief and loss. The least intense level of care offered at Heights Treatment is our Outpatient Program (OP). This program is designed for the client who is in need of additional support while they return to full-time work and/or daily living. Our Outpatient Program is then a great option for continuing care after the completion of IOP or PHP.
