We combine The Meadows Model with a time-tested IOP milieu that together creates a blueprint for ongoing, successful, and long-term recovery. For over 40 years The Meadows has provided premier behavioral health treatment, addressing the core issues of trauma and addictive diseases. Our Dallas treatment center offers a full range of outpatient services for adults dealing with addiction, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions. Our facility in Center Point, Texas, provides medically supervised detoxification services for adults who are struggling with a substance use disorder. Clients who participate in the detoxification, or detox, program receive 24/7 support and daily physician visits from an experienced team that specializes in addiction medicine. These professionals tailor each person’s treatment plan to ensure that they are set up for the best possible outcomes. Most clients spend an average of five to 10 days in detox, and many step down to our residential program at the conclusion of treatment.

Heights Treatment offers several levels of care to fit the needs of each individual in their recovery journey. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most intensive level of treatment with programming 5 days per week, approximately 6 hours per day. This outpatient option allows clients to benefit from a high level of clinical care and support with the luxury of living in their own home or sober living environment. Clients who seek a slightly less intensive level of care may choose our Intensive Oupatient Program (IOP), which is offered 3-5 days per week, for 3 hours per day. Just as in PHP, clients receive group therapy each day they attend treatment, with topics that range from DBT skills, healthy relationships, recovery skills, emotional, spiritual, and relational sobriety, and grief and loss. The least intense level of care offered at Heights Treatment is our Outpatient Program (OP). This program is designed for the client who is in need of additional support while they return to full-time work and/or daily living. Our Outpatient Program is then a great option for continuing care after the completion of IOP or PHP.

Jewish Family Service is a non-profit human service agency for people of all ages and all walks of life. Our goal is to provide light, hope and help to individuals struggling with life challenges. JFS's professional, highly credentialed staff offers mental health and support counseling for individuals and families including a specialized program for individuals who live with persistent and pervasive mental illness. JFS also provides disability services, senior adult services and case management, employment services, Jewish chaplaincy services at area hospitals, community outreach, financial assistance programs and volunteer opportunities.

Addiction is a disease of disconnection from self and others. Plum Creek Recovery Ranch is dedicated to helping those who suffer from a dependency to alcohol and other drugs get the help they need to reconnect and reclaim their life. Our treatment ranch is located less than 20 miles south of the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport on 200 acres of active ranch land. The tranquil and bucolic location is the perfect environment to address the underlying issues that fuel addiction. Aspire's outpatient program is the Gold standard in Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment programs. This program has been been operating for over 10 years and was the first Accredited Substance abuse program in Lubbock. This program is meets 3 times weekly in the evenings from 6pm-9pm. The program is approximately 8-10 weeks long. We have Educational groups, process groups, Chemical dependency groups, etc etc. Clients are assigned an individual Therapist and they meet weekly. We also have family and couples counseling available. We are in-network with most insurance and our self pay rate is $5200 for the entire program. We also serve pizza on Monday nights.
