NorthStar Transitions is a licensed and Joint Commission accredited drug and alcohol treatment program serving adult men and women. NorthStar offers sub acute detox, residential (inpatient) and outpatient treatment services. At the residential level of care, clients reside in an intimate 15-bed home in the mountains just outside of Boulder. Our outpatient levels of care include day treatment (PHP) and/or intensive outpatient (IOP), and have in person (Boulder) and virtual options. Clients are encouraged to work or be in school while participating in IOP.
