TTC provides a full continuum of adult and youth substance use disorders treatment services, including inpatient medical detoxification, residential detoxification, psychiatric stabilization, residential and outpatient rehabilitation, and an array of mental illness treatment services both inpatient and outpatient. We are also well versed in the care of those suffering from both mental illness and substance use disorders. TTC integrates behavioral health services into all our primary and specialty care clinics and integrates primary care into all of our behavioral health services. TTC provides services for mental illness to all age groups and provides supportive services that include housing, benefits assistance and transportation. Guided by population-health metrics and patient-centered care standards, TTC provides integrated services that are coordinated, comprehensive and team-based. We use innovative and personalized approaches for IOP/PHP Substance/Trauma clients! We are a one-stop-shop clinic with all services under the same roof such as psychiatry, psychotherapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, MAT, Spravato. We coordinate all services in the best interest of each client before, during and after the IOP program for additional support and continuation of the care. We also can find mental health support for family members so the whole family system unit receives an adequate guidance and treatment. Our psychiatric services as permanent within the clinic virtually and in person. Our Veterans' mental health program provides ketamine assisted psychotherapy as additional service to the IOP. Our Substance Use IOP program is supported by the MAT service during and after the completion of the program. Each IOP/PHP client has individual therapy on top of the group therapy to work on your own traumas, blocks, substance and drugs dependance, anxiety and depression. Individuals generally come to our unit for care after experiencing suicidal ideation, a suicide attempt, severe anxiety, or generally unsafe behavior. In general, we treat individuals who are experiencing one or more of the following disorders: major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety, bipolar disorder, a personality disorder, a dissociative disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
