Meridian Recovery is a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) dedicated to empowering adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Our fully online program is meticulously crafted to supplement your work in individual therapy, by providing an added layer of support and care. Conveniently held 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 4 to 7 pm, our program fits seamlessly into your busy work life. Therapeutic Approaches: We offer a rich tapestry of evidence-based group therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Group Therapy, alongside innovative mindfulness and Art Therapy sessions.

We coordinate all services in the best interest of each client before, during and after the IOP program for additional support and continuation of the care. Our psychiatric services as permanent within the clinic virtually and in person. Our Veterans' mental health program provides ketamine assisted psychotherapy as additional service to the IOP. Our Substance Use IOP program is supported by the MAT service during and after the completion of the program.
