We offer didactic and process oriented groups designed to work with adolescents who are struggling with depression and anxiety, self injury and self worth. Our group-based practice was founded upon the fundamental belief that adolescents work best in a positive, strength-based approach. We utilize CBT and DBT principles and our clinicians share 50 years of experience working directly with adolescents and parents.
