Our group-based practice was founded upon the fundamental belief that adolescents work best in a positive, strength-based approach. We utilize CBT and DBT principles and our clinicians share 50 years of experience working directly with adolescents and parents. Our office is conveniently located at 363 Massachusetts Avenue in Lexington, Massachusetts. All groups are co-lead and provide an 8-week curriculum treating no more than 8 clients in each group. Homework is provided to reinforce learning between sessions and all clients receive a one-to-one intake to evaluate that each client is appropriate for the group sessions.
