Southcoast is prepared to provide life-changing treatment to individuals who are dealing with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorder, self-harming behaviors, suicidal and homicidal ideation, aggression, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. The Addiction Treatment Center of New England (ATCNE) is an outpatient opioid treatment program designed to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for clients in the greater Boston area. We provide clinically-driven Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for those struggling with Opioid Use Disorder and have done so successfully for the last 38 years. We offer maintenance & outpatient detox, coupled with group and individual counseling. Our programs help clients gain control over their substance use disorders and learn alternatives to their behaviors. ATCNE has a strong focus on providing "total treatment." Medication is one part of treatment, but education and support are seen as equally important. We recognize the need to treat substance use holistically- addressing your medical, physical, emotional and social realms. To help treat co-occurring issues, ATCNE has close relationships with other local organizations and programs and can facilitate referrals to additional mental health and/or medical services. The center is conveniently located, with easy access for individuals who are arriving from Cape Cod, Boston, and Rhode Island. Care at Southcoast is provided by multidisciplinary teams of talented and dedicated professionals. Individuals work in close collaboration with board-certified psychiatrists, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, recreational therapists, and mental health technicians. Though Southcoast provides comprehensive services for individuals who are dealing with a variety of mental and behavioral health disorders, the center is not able to accept people who are in need of treatment for eating disorders or autism spectrum disorders.

Spring Lake Ranch is a long term residential program (6 mos.+) for adults who struggle with mental health and often, co-occurring addiction issues. We are not a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. Applicants with substance use issues must have at least 30 days clean and sober to be admitted and must be able to agree to stay clean and sober throughout our program. The Ranch is a private-pay facility, which does not accept insurance. There is some financial assistance available based on need.

With extensive experience working in the substance use disorder field, Northeast Addictions Treatment Center (NEATC) knows the difference between average treatment and excellence in treatment. While most addiction centers provide clinical therapy as well as medical assistance, the length of stay does not provide the time needed to uncover the underlying causes and conditions of substance use disorder. However, at NEATC, our team of therapists, medical doctors, and clinicians will help you unearth the underlying causes of your substance use. We then address them directly and assist you in understanding the crux of the problem that leads you back down the path of drinking and using drugs.

Ellenhorn is the most comprehensive and integrative private community-based mental health program in the country. Geared to individuals 18 years and older, our approach combines robust psychiatric services with intensive psychosocial care, focusing equally on reducing the psychosocial damage caused by stigma, loss of social identity and institutionalization, as on treating psychiatric illness and co-occurring disorders. Using the best-practice "gold standard" community-based treatment model, Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), our multidisciplinary teams of professionals - which include psychiatrists and a broad spectrum of other experts - provide rehabilitation and treatment resources to clients living, for the most part, in apartments in the community. A small number of clients receive services at our staff-supervised home called "The Brackett House".
