IOP is M, W, Th 10am-1pm or 4-7pm. Each client receives one individual therapy session weekly. Groups include Psychoeducation, Process, mental health Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills, Mind-Body Medicine Skills, Psychodrama, Narrative Therapy, Self-Compassion, Life Skills, Creativity and Gentle Path through the 12 Steps. Imagine's 12-week Mental Health DBT Skills Outpatient Program (OP) includes one 3-hour therapeutic group Wednesdays 1:30-4:30pm one individual therapy session weekly.
