Evolve Treatment Centers specializes in teens ages 12-17 struggling with dual diagnosis, high-risk/self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideation, and other mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral issues. At Evolve Danville, teens live on-site in a comfortable home for an average of 30-60 days and receive round-the-clock support and treatment. We incorporate multiple evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Teens participate in individual/family therapy, psychiatry sessions, and daily therapy groups such as DBT Skills Training, Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, & Anger Management. For families from out-of-state, we offer family therapy via HIPAA-compliant video conference. Each teen receives an individualized recovery plan that is custom-designed to meet their therapeutic needs, encourage personal growth, and lay the foundation for lifelong recovery. We also integrate daily academic support and experiential therapies (e.g. equine, art, drama, fitness, boxing, cooking, and yoga) into our structured daily schedule. Evolve is fully licensed and accredited by CARF and the Joint Commission.

Chrysalis Therapeutic Boarding School offers a nurturing and supportive environment, with the clinical sophistication of a residential treatment center. Our program fosters healthy identity development, self confidence and a sense of belonging. The beautiful campus is intentionally located in northwest Montana, where the landscape offers year-round recreation for our robust adventure therapy program. The tranquility of living on a lake in the midst of the Rockies creates a peaceful environment for healing and growth. Students are 13-18 years of age, and attend the school for one year or more. Family involvement is imperative, and a crucial component to the program. Students live family style in one of three homes, where they are encouraged to build on personal strengths while they examine and challenge old patterns that have prevented growth.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment proven to help teens struggling with emotion dysregulation, self-harming behavior, suicidal ideation, and other mental health issues. Evolve’s Comprehensive DBT residential treatment center is the first of its kind in California and one of only a handful in the entire country. Many of our teens struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, borderline personality disorder, addiction or other high-acuity issues. We offer individual therapy (at least 3 times a week), family therapy (2 times a week, with out-of-state families participating remotely), DBT Skills Training Groups (4 times a week), and skills-coaching (24/7). Zinnia Serenity Lodge is a Men's Only Alcohol and Drug Treatment Facility, for those 18 and over, who are struggling with alcoholism, drug addiction and co-occurring disorders. Zinnia Serenity Lodge offers 30, 60 and 90 day plans (and beyond) depending on the needs of the individual. We offer residential treatment, partial hospitalization treatment and intensive outpatient treatment plans, each one tailored to meeting the individual need of each patient. We offer life direction, guidance and tools for everyday living. Our program provides individual counseling, group therapy, extensive education, appropriate family treatment, 12 step meetings as well as alternatives to 12 step, and the facilitation of aftercare. Each patient's treatment plan is based on ongoing assessments by clinical and medical staff, and is based on the progression or regression of a patient's behavioral and medical state.

Our sober living accommodations provide a safe and supportive environment to further establish and reinforce a routine in recovery while utilizing specific coping skills to thrive in your daily life. The campus is just steps away from the beach, offering an abundance of recreational activities such as pickleball and volleyball. Mindfulness skills are incorporated throughout the program to deepen attunement with self and others, and to emphasize the importance of being present in each moment life. A meditation room is available to those who want to deepen their meditation practice, or to simply have some moments of silence. Yoga and sound baths are optionally available for those interested in deepening their mind, body, and spirit connection.
